TERMS OF SERVICE

Team IFC is a service operated by Divyam Enterprises, a sole proprietorship registered in India and registered for Indian GST. By creating an account or using Team IFC, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

Team IFC converts F1 25 game telemetry into interactive HTML race reports. You upload a .db telemetry file and our servers generate a downloadable report. The current product is Offline Mode, which produces 2D reports.

You need an account to use Team IFC. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

Team IFC is intended for users aged 13 and older. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up.

New accounts receive a free trial of 8 credits, valid for 7 days, whichever ends first. The free trial is limited to one per in-game gamertag. One credit generates one report.

Paid plans grant credits on each successful payment. Credits are tied to your plan period, are not transferable, and have no cash value.

Paid plans are sold as subscriptions through Razorpay. Current plans: Founding Quarterly at Rs 199 per quarter (75 credits) for the first 200 paying subscribers, Standard Quarterly at Rs 299 per quarter (75 credits), and Annual at Rs 999 per year (350 credits). If you are outside India, prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (every 3 months for quarterly plans, every 12 months for annual plans) using your saved payment method through Razorpay, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.

Top-up credits may be offered at Rs 5 per credit to users on an active paid plan. Top-up purchasing is not yet available in the app. Contact support@teamifc.com if you need additional credits.

If a plan price changes, we will notify you before your next renewal so you can decide whether to continue.

Founding membership is limited to the first 200 paying subscribers on the Founding Quarterly plan. It locks your founding rate for as long as your subscription stays continuously active.

If you cancel, let the subscription lapse, or switch plans, the founding rate is forfeited permanently and your founding slot is not reopened.

You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep your credits and access until then. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details.

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to bypass credit limits or the free-trial gamertag limit, uploading files that are not genuine F1 25 telemetry, reverse engineering or disrupting the service, or using the service to break any law.

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.

You keep ownership of the telemetry you upload and the reports generated for you. You grant Team IFC permission to process your uploaded files solely to generate your reports and operate the service.

Raw uploaded telemetry files are deleted within 24 hours of processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Generated reports remain available in Your Reports for 7 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Download any report you wish to keep.

The Team IFC Recorder is a Windows application distributed only through your signed-in Team IFC dashboard. It is not yet code-signed with a commercial certificate. Code-signing certificates carry an annual cost that we will take on as the service grows.

Because the file is not signed, your browser and Windows will show security warnings when you download and run it. Chrome may show a message such as Suspicious download blocked, and Windows SmartScreen may show Windows protected your PC with an unknown publisher notice. These warnings mean the file is new and unrecognised. They do not mean the file contains malware.

Before downloading, you must confirm that you have read and understood these warnings. We record that confirmation against your account with a timestamp, your IP address, and your browser identifier, as proof that the unsigned status of the software was disclosed to you before download.

Security warnings from your browser or operating system are not grounds for a refund, as they are disclosed here and confirmed by you before download.

Only download the Recorder from your Team IFC dashboard. Never run a copy sent to you by anyone else. If a file claims to be the Team IFC Recorder and did not come from your signed-in dashboard, delete it.

We work to keep Team IFC available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. Report processing time depends on file size and server load. We may change, pause, or discontinue features.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Divyam Enterprises is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
